By accessing alpineibexapparel.co.za or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts used to bypass drop allocation may be suspended.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

All prices are displayed in the currency you select at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, with full refund. Order confirmation does not guarantee stock until dispatched.

• Limited drops are capped per SKU and per client account.
• Default allocation: maximum 2 units per SKU per client per drop, unless otherwise stated on the drop page.
• VIP Crest Club members may access early-access windows; VIP passcodes are single-use and non-transferable.
• Orders that appear to be reseller activity (bulk purchases across accounts, mismatched shipping details, botted checkouts) may be cancelled without notice.

Payments are processed by PayFast, Ozow or Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method presented.

The Alpine Ibex Apparel™ name, laurel crest, product designs, imagery and site content are owned by Alpine Ibex Apparel™ and protected by copyright and trade-mark law. No commercial reuse without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Alpine Ibex Apparel™ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or the products. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
